数学题解答（根据素心兰老师的思路整理）：算式是：10000-（10000-100）÷5＝8020（米）。具体想法是：

10000-100＝9900（米）算出兔子实际跑的路程。

如果兔子不睡觉跑9900米，那么乌龟跑：9900÷5＝1980（米）

现在乌龟已经跑了10000米，去掉兔子跑9900米的同时乌龟所跑的1980米，剩下的全是乌龟在兔子睡觉的时候跑的。

可以发现，题中“乌龟领先兔子5000米”是一个多余的条件。
