三年级还没学过小数乘法，那么在整数范围内，应该有两种方案：

一、尽可能利用靠墙的那一面。（56=10+10+36，靠墙那一面长36米）

面积：36×10=360（平方米）

二、尽可能让长和宽接近，如果是正方形就更好。（56=18+18+20，靠墙那一面长20米）

面积：20×18=360（平方米）
