梨

百合味甘、性微寒,归心、肺经,具有养阴润肺、清心安神、润肺解渴、止咳止血、开胃安神的功效。适用于阴虚久咳,惊悸、失眠、多梦,精神恍惚等症状。
蜂蜜
蜂蜜是传统的补养佳品,具有清热补中,解毒止痛,润肺养肺的功效,对神经衰弱、高血压、冠状动脉硬化、肺病等均有疗效。老年人在秋季可以蜜代糖,常常服用。
