宣称“高钙”的食品补钙效果未必好

补钙理念的深入人心,让很多食品打起了“高钙”的旗号。除奶制品外,一些零食,如饼干、海苔等也加入其中。有关专家表示,食品标注“高钙”字样,并不见得含钙量就高;即使真的达到了“高钙”标准,想借此起到补钙作用,也不太可能。因为多数食品中添加的是碳酸钙,这种钙在人体内的吸收效果并不理想。
在牛奶中加入过多的钙、铁、锌等无机盐后,如果不能很好地被吸收,反而会对人体肾脏以及消化系统造成很大负担。高钙饼干等更是“噱头”大于功效。因为钙的吸收效率与其他营养物的配比有很大关系,一些饼干虽然含钙量高,同时脂肪含量也很高,这种情况下,钙就很难被人体吸收。
