鉴赏：“一顾倾人城，再顾倾人国”：这两句诗是说这位美人回眸一顾盼，千娇百媚，使得全城全国的人无不扭转头来看她一眼。“倾国倾城”的典故就出自这首歌；但是这句诗后来变成了咒骂女人祸国之词，说淫荡的女人迷惑了君王，就会把君王的国家倾覆了。

李延年为了将他的妹妹呈给汉武帝，特地教人在汉武帝面前唱这首歌。当武帝想见这么一个“一顾倾人城，再顾倾人国”的美人时，李延年就带他妹妹朝见。果然，这位李家小姐的确冰肌玉骨，国色天香，舞艺超群，深得汉武帝宠幸，随即被封为李夫人。

北方有佳人，绝世而独立。

一顾倾人城，再顾倾人国。

宁不知倾城与倾国？佳人难再得！
