Personal Cloud Options to Backup Data and Photos

With the advancement of technology, the harddisk capacity is getting bigger and bigger, so is our data. We have important data, and photos, vidoes, which should be regularly backup.
Backup to the Cloud is one of the best hassle-free options. However, the storage is usually limited. Personal Clouds allow you to sync the data to the Cloud and in case your local harddrive failures, you can still have the data in the Cloud then sync again to your new drives.
All pricing is correct at the time of the writing.
Dropbox
Dropbox offers 5GB free plan and you can upgrade to 2TB by 7.99 GBP per month.
More bonus space can be claimed up to 30GB by using Dropbox‘s referral link.
Google Drive / Google Photos
For one Google account, you can have up to 15 GB space that is used by Gmail, Photos, and Google Drive. You can configure your Google Photos to compress (with no noticiable quality loss) the photos before sync to Cloud and enjoy storing unlimited photos/videos in Google Photos for free. By default, the Google photos will also share the 15 GB account quota.
You can upgrade to Google paid plans to enjoy 100GB (15.99 GBP per year) or more space (200 GB, 1TB, 20TB, 30TB) at a similar pricing. Google Photos can be shared/accessed by additional accounts such as family members.
One Drive
Microsoft offers OneDrive 15GB free for personal use. You can join the OneDrive referral scheme for additional bonus space. You can also upgrade to paid subscriptions such as Family – which allows bigger space to share for up to 6 members.
Amazon Photos
For Prime members, you can store unlimited full-resolution photos (and up to 5GB video storage) using Amazon Prime Videos. Free plans allow you to store up to 5GB.
If you need more space, it is about 1.49 GBP per month for 100 GB, 7.99 GBP for 1TB and 15.99 GBP for 2TB.
Box.net
Box.net offers 10GB (Max File Size 250 MB) free space for personal use. You can enjoy 100GB space for roughly 5 GBP per month.
