红枣食疗三推荐:健脾安神降压降脂

  推荐一:针对失眠多梦,神经衰弱者

  做法:准备大枣20枚,龙眼肉10克,莲子50克,白糖少许。将大枣、龙眼肉及莲子洗净后加水适量,煮烂熟后加白糖调味,早晚食用。具有健脾养血,益心安神的功效。

  推荐二:针对三高患者

  做法:准备芹菜200克,大枣30枚,有健脾养心,将芹菜与大枣洗净,加水适量,煎煮30分钟,食芹菜及枣喝汤。具有降压降脂的功效。

  推荐三:针对中老年人肺肾虚损、易感疲劳者

  做法:准备大枣20枚,杏仁10克,白果仁10克,核桃仁10克,鸡肉200克,调料少许。将鸡肉洗净切小块,与诸药用文火炖煮1小时,分早中晚食用鸡肉、诸仁及大枣,喝汤,具有补肺肾,止咳喘,益精血的功效。
